Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data this website collects, why, and what we do (and don't do) with it — in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
The short version: this is an informational website. You don't create an account, you don't log in, and you are not tracked by ads. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us to get in touch.
What data we collect
The website has no sign-up and no user accounts. The personal data we may receive comes from two situations, always initiated by you:
- Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.
- WhatsApp: when you click a WhatsApp button, the conversation happens inside the app, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How we use your data
We use your name, email and message for a single purpose: understanding your request and replying to you.
We don't add your email to marketing lists, we don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for advertising.
Where your data lives (and where it doesn't)
When you submit the contact form, your message is validated, checked for spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, and delivered to our inbox by the Resend email platform.
The website does not store these messages in any database. In other words: your message exists only in our email inbox.
How long we keep it
We keep the emails we receive only for as long as needed to handle your request. After that, they can be deleted. If you'd like your message deleted sooner, just ask — we explain how below.
Cookies
The website uses a single functional cookie, called NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose (Portuguese or English). It does not identify you and does not track your browsing.
We do not use advertising, behavioral analytics, or third-party tracking cookies in this version of the website.
Infrastructure and security
The website runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which processes technical data — such as your connection's IP address — for security, protection against attacks (such as DDoS), and content delivery. This processing is standard practice on the modern web and keeps the site safe and available.
Cloudflare Turnstile, used on the contact form to block bots, may also process technical data from your browser during that verification.
Your rights under the LGPD
As a data subject, the LGPD grants you, among others, the right to:
- Confirm whether we process data about you
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- Request the deletion or anonymization of your data
- Request the portability of your data to another provider
- Know who we share your data with
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
How to exercise your rights
No red tape: send an email to contato@techtelligence.net telling us what you need. We'll reply as quickly as possible.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website gains new features or when the law requires it. When that happens, we update the date at the top of this page. The version published here always applies.
